Forgive my ignorance... But, about my stash of splinters...

So I have hoarded plenty of endgame splinters;
Breach
Runic
Ritual
Simulacrum

From the 0.5 notes, I understand the current breach splinters will form breachstone after full stack for new usage in the tree, and that everything related to Expedition will stop working? It says "deleted"? and expedition currency to be sold to NPC but never indicate for how much.

1) Did I miss any notes about Ritual Splinters?
2) Did I also miss any notes about Simulacrum Splinters?
3) I suppose before the expedition currencies go defunct, I should spend them with the Kalguran NPCs at my hideout? Unless it is reveal for how much gold we may sell the currencies for...
4) I am trying to open portal and farm them, 150 splinters at a time, before the 0.5 comes, fearing that these will become useless later as I'm not understanding the notes clearly enough...

Can anyone please grant me some patience and wisdom to clear up my confusion?
