Game disconnects from server

Over the last 3 days I've experienced a disconnection from a server 4 times already. I am at the Endgame stage and when I was playing the map I got the message "disconnected from a server" and eventually the game switched to the login screen. When I logged in back, the previous map was lost (no portal). I had to start all over again. I lost 4 waystones not to mention the time clearing out the maps. It was not happening a week ago. My computer, OS and the Internet are still the same.
Once I even got a strange message "Operation cannot be performed because the instance is not the owner account" while playing. How?
Please, resolve and I need my waystones back.

Just to set expectations - GGG do not provide in-game support of any kind.

They aren't going to restore any items that were lost, no matter the cause.
