Does it synergise with Ignite?

Hello!
I'm afraid I'm not so good in Poe to comprehend it alone, so I need your help. Here's my dilemma:
Infernalist Witch has a note called Bringer of Flame.
"Bringer of Flame: All Damage from you and Allies in your Presence
contributes to Flammability and Ignite Magnitudes"
Now, Ignite is calculated using only most-damaging single hit - multiple low-damage hits work poorly with it.
There is a spell called Bonestorm - you channell up to 20 bone projectiles. However, as written in patch notes:
Bonestorm: "No longer has the Sustained tag."
While Sustained skills: "Sustained skills cause a large number of hits over a period of time. They roll for critical hits independently each time they damage enemies, rather than rolling once for the entire skill as other skills do."
Does that mean that now Bonestorm channelled up to 20 projectiles counts as one Hit for the purpose of Ignite?
