Is there an update on the Venom Draughts?

Last League I had to use the Mana option for the build I wanted to try but had picked Stun Resist prior because it was what my build at that time needed.

It's pretty unfortunate wanting to try new builds but being stuck with an old choice for a previous build.

I know they spoke a bit about possibly changing the permanent choices to be swappable like they did in PoE1. Has there been any update on that?
