Controller console experience

So I’ve been playing quite a lot on console and I’d like to suggest some improvements because some of them are not in a good spot. Console type PS5-Pro with Dual sense edge.

1. (Re)binding skills/buttons. If you have a skill intensive build there is no way of binding the pick up and other buttons. Eg. R3 or L3. Your only option is the give priority to loot or combat in the options menu. It would be very helpful if you have complete or more freedom at rebinding keys. The example given if changed will give you to option to keep using skills while also looting in te meantime using a separate dedicated button bind (L3 for example)

2. I know not all will agree but right now the analogue sticks are used for movement and aiming separately.
This forces you to use the shoulder buttons as main skill binds. I’d like to use the left analogue sticks as a combination of movement and aiming, Playing a caster your always on the move and playing a melee forces you to stop anyway so imo there is already limited use of the separate functionality. It would improve the gameplay experience a lot if the movement and aiming has an option to be combined on the left analogue stick. This will give the option to use the right buttons (triangle,square etc) as main skill binds and shoulder buttons as a secondary use while still being able to aim and move.

3. Pointer or the lack of it… I notice the large part of the UI has tooltip info that is not readable/accessible while on console/using a controller. Currently the only option is to use snaps in the UI. That feels awefull. Snaps are like using a Vaal orb. You have to hope you get to the point you are aiming for.. Why not adding a pointer in the UI too that can be controlled using the left and or right analogue stick or the touchpad? Everything is available (hardware) to give the player a better experience but it’s not uttelized right now. And why having a MTX for pointers on console while there is no pointer at all??? Giving console a pointer will be a huge improvement. Also, the skill tree is quite large so adding a speed control in options to X and Y directions would be necessary too.
This will make the MTX also useful and not a false advertisement ;)

4. Highlighting in game is awefull. Like there is no difference at all. Target lock??? There is no distinguish noticeable betweeen the target lock and non target lock (no mark either). Also when combined with point 2 this will also be a lot better. Aim and move on left stick and target lock target change on Right stick. That to me is a W.
Off topic but Highligthing in this game is as far as I have experienced the worst. It could use a huge overhaul/improvement in general. Like the skill tree you just can’t see the difference between weapon set skills and passive skills at all. Can’t express how bad it is right now.

I really love this game and like the depth of the game play so I hope these points helps to improve this game even more. Especially for console players. Thanks for reading.
