The Scarred Faith keystone should not outright disable ES recharge.

This keystone is way too limiting in downsides considering its upside only works against physical damage.

Instead of disabling ES recharge, it should lower recharge rate by 50%. Or just not even have that downside. ES recharge is getting nerfed hard anyways and was never great for Armour/ES builds comparatively.
