Can we get a ingame item filter like how regex's work for us now

For alot of people doing regexs for the searches we need has become second nature but no matter how we get use to using a system that does not mean the system is good for the all around playerbase, This is another one of those QOL features that would greatly benefit the average player if it was done better

Even a simple feature that lets us have a avg search filter would be great, But One that lets us save filters and quick select them,copy and paste them to others now that would be amazing
