Party's Item Allocation is ridiculously outdated and inneficient. We all keep being robbed.

Seriously, in the last 24 hours i lost 2 mirrors because some scammer in the party looted them. This happens every single league, it's an issue known since the dawn of poe1 and the devs refuse to do anything about it. Am i supposed to just accept i'll be scammed if i bring party members? Am i supposed to just accept whoever joins is a potential griever/scammer/thief? I am tired of recording my game 24/7 for no reason, i'm tired of sending reports, i'm tired of asking support for better security measures against these cases...
Dear devs, for the love of GOD just add more customization to item allocation settings. "map owner gets all loot. other members can only loot what is hidden in the owner's filter" is such a simple concept yet would save you guys sooooo many days of work looking through report filings, would prevent sooo many players from quitting, would prevent soooo many scams to have happened for almost 2 decades now. JUST DO SOMETHING, PLEASE. edit: perma allocation does not fix anything. all loot just drops assigned at random members. As a reference of the current situation on 0.4, for these temple runs specifically i am only looting divs/locks/mirrors while everything else is fair game for other members, and perma/short allocation just makes them go to anyone else at random. does not help the issue at all. edit2: "short/perma alloc targeted to party owner" is a much simpler concept that fixes everything too, in case my last idea would turn too complex to implement.
