Ghost Dance for Armour/ES

Simple question here, why is there not a similar aura for armour/energy shield? GGG has said how much more people die with armour/ES VS EV/ES or just ES, so why not add a aura that when hit gives back ES based on you armour? or something of this nature? Seems too easy to me tbh!! Life back on hit based on armour with maybe stacks like Ghost Dance could be a thing as well!

There is something similar; the Scarred Faith keystone. The issue is it's a keystone instead of a spirit gem. It also only helps recover against physical damage and comes with downsides. Armour players get to eat shit I guess.

I think the Barkskin spirit gem was supposed to do something as well, but its conversion rate and buff duration are trash so it's trash.
