Question about multiseating

My wife and I want to play on the same machine we each have our own accounts as we have played separately on separate machines before. I have read other posts that said you can run 2 clients at the same time so long as you are only controlling one character at a time. My question is. If I'm running 2 clients logged into 2 accounts on the same machine, AND each client is controlled by 2 different people using 2 different controllers (one controller for each character). Is that violating TOS?

Yup that's totally fine as far as I understand.
