passive tree blueprint feature and lootfilter neeeds an ingame GUI for PoE 2 and PoE 1 aswell

0.5.0 gives the passive tree an import feature. importing creators passive trees possibly with notes.

but where GUI ingame for non-creators? ah! 3rd party tools again
it could be a tool for a player to plan their game, or test out combination with GUI.
