Can we please have more Preformance settings for Lower end PCs and laptops

i undderstand wanting the game to look a certain way but for people like me with laptops to play on, it really makes it difficult to enjoy the game when a loading screen is 2 minutes average and the Atlas tab needs a full 30s to load each time i want to run a map, just please consider adding lower quality better performance options to the game.

Intel Core i5-11400H CPU
GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
16GB RAM
