Why the Unset Ring Skill Slot bug not fixed yet?

It is such an anoying bug, when you put a skill gem at the very buttom and you are wearing an Unset Ring, in fact it's the ring's slot, not a simple +1 slot.

So when you remove the Unset ring and put some other ring on, the skill on the buttom slot is invalid.

IT IS SUCH A SIMPLE THING!!!!!
