why make greater/perfect jeweler rarer even more?

previous league my first perfect jewel roped at lvl 95 and the leagu before that at level 94 there was also one league where my first greater droped at level 90 why make them even more rare? i dont get it

I don't understand this either. I didn't play 0.4 but I played quite a bit of 0.3 and literally never found a perfect. Sometimes I feel like this game is designed with only the .1% players in mind.

You can probably get greater/perfect like candy from the league mechanic that is in every single endgame map.

snake did this all those players that ran bug abused snake with multi mirror gear for 4 months straight gave ggg some skewed info on drop rates and now theyre trying to compensate for the numbers they see.
