Invigorating Hate Node not translated correctly in Japanese

The Japanese text for the node Invigorating hate is "シェープシフト状態の間プレイヤーに対する冷却の強度が1%減少する" and the English text for the node is "Consume all Rage when Shapeshifting to Human form to recover 1% of maximum life per Rage Consumed". These do not at all mean the same thing. The Japanese text is saying something along the lines of "The magnitude of chill on you while shapeshifted is reduced by 1%.
