Brew Concoction Build

Please- please look at this skill. It needs attention. It needs help. It's not even thinkable until endgame and even then, it's not truly viable. Even with as many Flask charges gained, flask charges per second passive skills as I can afford (and they are so very far apart), the Keelhaul unique belt and Alchemist's Boon - this skill cannot keep up with enemy density because of the flask situation. I'm sure you don't want a PConc of Bouncing situation, but as with other skills in this game, it needs to be better. AND - it cannot work with essential heralds like HoI and HoT because those need a weapon. So, this build needs to equip a bow and quiver to even work a little!! I've looked at the very few builds that others have tried and it is so button heavy and complex, it may as well not be a Concoction build. I love the simplicity of PConc in POE1. It's fun. I would love this skill to be fun, too.
