Runes to apply buffs when weapon swapping

Hiya team,

Hope this message finds you well!

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this BUT just in case - I think it'll be neat to see runes that apply a buff when you weapon swap, similar to how sigils work in GW2.

Something like - "gain onslaught for 2 seconds if you have weapon swapped recently" or "next hit applies poison if you have weapon swapped recently" etc.

Probably not something as crazy as the above, but something like that.

Unsure how balancing will work with the above lol. Anyways - just my 5c.

maybe something to summon three random skulls when you weapon swap.
