Why do some players want to alter the party drop rate? They believe the official can do little to curb multi-account sync bots and fail to impose effective crackdowns.
Yet they overlook a deeper truth. A single bot user purchasing six sets of in-game packages generates six times more revenue for the official side than an ordinary player. Meanwhile, currency inflation brings no profits to the game operator at all, which lies at the heart of the issue.
It is reported that the Chinese server of Path of Exile will adjust party drop rules in version 0.5. If the revision works well, I plan to switch to the Chinese server when version 1.0 launches, leaving veteran international server players to play alongside bot accounts.
