Martial Artist - Hollow Resonance is the only skill preventing talismans

Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place, I have never posted on the forums before.

I'm very, very hyped to play Werewolf Martial Artist, but I'm really bummed out that for whatever reason, Hollow Resonance is "any non-talisman martial weapon". Every other node on the ascendancy permits talismans, but this one doesn't, and its one that I was most excited to take as it enables a lot of build options for easily applying blind/daze.

I've seen a few people mention that it might be because the animations aren't there for strapping the bell to the back of shapeshifted forms, but I don't think that's it because that code already exists. You can see it when you pick up a soul core, it gets strapped to the back of shapeshifted forms no problem. Even if it is an animation issue, I think it would be completely fine to just not show it for talisman users for the time being and just have it be active, I think that would be better than just fully preventing it.

I know that this issue won't affect many people and I'm one of the only three people planning on running a shapeshifting martial artist, but god would I be happy if that limitation were removed...
