moving sekhams from the beginning of a 2, to right after the boss, useless,
moving matiki in a 4 from after stomp boss to bird.... ???? useless just wasting time. can't have chaos having no way of trggering mana rems, tavern talk, is not sailor talk time, you have GGG's business reputation to uphold. " i believe he meant act 2, act 4 stomp boss should be the isle of kin boss and "bird" boss the one at shriek island i agree about the changes in matiki rescue, if they are worried about people rushing to hinekora's, just add another quest or requirement example: only after you rescue matiki + shark boss for the other karui elder that the quest becomes available, make the captain of the ship to give a heads up |

" if you haven't played the game since ggg added act 4, it is about the quest rewards which gives skill points, they thinned out the rewards on the other acts to put some of them in act 4 in 0.3 you could "rush" to hinekora's island and get the +2 points and the tattoos, so many players were skipping all the other optional quests in 0.4 they made some changes forcing everyone to skip less optional quests and some newbies were skipping the points quests altogether but this streamlining annoys who wants to rush for maps and complete quests later, that's about it |

I did play .4, but i know nothing of optimizing campaigns nor do i read any information on how to play faster or do anything more efficient. I don't have time for that kind of stuff anymore. I never had an issue getting all of the quest items they're all on the map in the form of icons. If you missed them you were rushing and not reading.
All of this is a non issue to people who just login to the game and play it instead of spending 20-30 hours a week watching youtube videos of how to cheese things. People that are speed running or trying to rush things in general shouldn't even be in the realm of consideration of how the game is played. I'm pretty sure that is gggs philosophy too. Just how they have 0 consideration for ssf or hc whenever they adjust things. Outside of stupid outliers that are just completely ridiculous. like the cull gloves in mercenaries league. |
