Hits and spells feel unimpactful

Hiting with a melee or a spell feels very ''vegan''
Theres no meat behind the hits. The thump is not there.
Im hitting something but im just looking at a light animation on my screen, i dont feel it.
It was like that for me in PoE1 and its like that in this.
Bland spells and hits.

Do you have a good example of what is impactful to you?

I enjoy pretty much all ARPGs, but I would consider PoE2 to be more 'impactful' feeling than other contenders in the genre.
