Gemling Virtuous Barrier

35+ seconds to fully stack with compressed durtation II. This seems terrible for anything other than pure ev with full dex gems. It forces you to have at minimum 6 stacks of deadtime. Why not have virtuous stack like tailwind.

Can you explain it a little more in depth?
Once activated, the barrier gradually accumulates three types of protective motes (Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence) over time. Every 2 seconds, you gain a random mote.

The maximum number of motes for each attribute is 3 plus the number of skills you have that require that attribute. If all your skills require only a single attribute (i.e., they all demand the same one), the mote cap for that attribute is doubled. However, whenever you are hit, you lose one random mote.

Mote effects:

Strength motes grant 1% maximum life.
Dexterity motes grant 5% to armour, evasion, and energy shield.
Intelligence motes grant 5% to life recovery rate and mana recovery rate.
As long as you avoid being hit for a period, you can gradually stack up considerable defensive bonuses
Can i reduce time that reloads Mote by using support gems?

Bro you need a cooldown recovery gem not skill effect duration to lower the mote load time.
