Can Herald of Blood explosion happen faster pls

It would just be cool if Herald of Blood explosion triggers like a second faster or absolutely instantly on death to give the feeling of my massive mace slams being so destructive to smash them into blood.

It was underwhelming when I noticed the delay upon death and my hammer didn't impact how I wanted it to feel and look.

It's a bleed pop, bleeds are not instant, by this i mean, it needs to read a certain amount of bleed to designate the damage for the pop, you would need to make bleeds instant to do this instantly and i just don't think that's going to happen.
