[Feedback] Need to Address Cast on Crit

I'm shocked GGG did not address the elephant in the room- Cast on Crit. Yes, Comet damage was slightly nerfed, but not addressing CoC will be abused in the next league.

As a potential fix, maybe force Cast on Crit to require a portion of the triggered spell's base Mana cost to be paid upon trigger, preventing free spam.
