Rework Smith of Kitava

Smith of Kitava sucks. It fails to deliver on the class fantasy, it fails in power, and it fails to offer anything that makes playing a warrior more fun.

Some things you could do to improve it:

AGAINST THE ANVIL
Now causes your Molten Fissures to spawn Fire Infusions when created/activated.
Temper weapon now consumes Fire Infusions to trigger Combust on each swing of the hammer (the damaging AoE effect).
These changes should make the skill more satisfying to use, more integrated with mace skills, and also creates synergies with other skills that can use those fire infusions. Or you could even decide to forgo using molten fissures and get infusions some other way.

LIVING WEAPON
Remove this node (the skill is utterly useless) and replace it with a node that sets your main-hand martial weapon's quality to 50%.
This is much more thematically appropriate and offers an enormous amount of potential, granting increased damage and also buffing the quality of skills granted by the weapon itself.

SMITH'S MASTERWORK
Allow this node to work with all item rarities. Being forced to use white armor feels terrible after the first week in a new league. Limit the number of nodes that can affect you according to the number of open affixes you have or something.
