Add old effect to 'Now and again' too for Chronomancer

From these changes and time snap being unchanged, one can assume that you guys want people to still play around with cooldowns.
That's fair. However it would be great if you added the 33% chance to not consume cooldown ON TOP of the new Now and again. So it says: Cascadable spells have 20% chance to echo. Repeatable spells have 20% chance to repeat. 33% chance to not consume cooldowns on use. This will allow Chronomancers to chain spells more alongside Time snap. Make it more viable to voluntarily add cooldowns to own skills via supports. This way, you'd be able to take Phased form + Tempp rift. Then Now and again + time snap. Without investing into time freeze and instead reset cooldowns for other skills. It genuinely isn't as OP as it sounds. Chronomancer genuinely lacks some power behind her and while the current changes are good, they need a small push to make the ascendancy more viable. Especially because Disciple of Varashta exists and she is unchanged. Hell, if anything, even better after the nerfs. Last bumped on May 23, 2026, 8:59:34 AM

old now and again was the ONLY reason I played chrono, because it was the only way in the game to loop emergency reload
