CRITICAL LOADING TIME ISSUES WITH AMD CARDS FIX IT ALREADY

ffs just fix this shit, 3min + loading times and the game crashes when I try to change settings. I had NO ISSUES before 0.4 and this has been an ongoing problem for 6 months now.

I shouldn't have to play on DX11 which stutters and freezes all the time just to play the game. I couldn't even swap to DX11 in game as it froze my client, I had to edit an ini file to do it. THIS IS TERRIBLE FIX THIS FUCKING DOGSHIT FFS

Perhaps you should provide some more details about: your PC setup, system, bios version and the error instead of going into instant cryrage.
