Suggestion about Wind Blast adjustement

Hello GGG, just saw new Monk subclass and get a little excited comeback to game this league! But just when i was watching gameplay demo, got idea in my head about Wind Blast skill with this new subclass... How about to add Wind Blast skill ability to work while unarmed(for hollow palm like?). I was instantly imaging cinema monk who hit with his empty palm and send strong wind wave to his enemies... If you accept my idea i will 100% play this league!!! Thank you a lot for attention!

Can't you already do it ? I mean the Notable Passive Node "Hollow Palm Technique" can make you able to use any Quarterstaff skills while being unarmed - including Wind Blast, no ? Or I totally misunderstanding OP here ?
