[Monster Balance] Monsters should get heavy stunned if damaged while they sprint.

I've noticed that the monsters (especially the ones found in Legion Barracks Tier 3 in the temple) sprint towards the enemy and then attack them.

Problem :

If the player sprints towards the enemy, they get heavy stunned and they fall. If the monster sprints, there's no stun build up penalty to the monster of any kind whatsoever and they can just attack with no problem.

It gets super frustrating and infuriating especially if the player has low stun threshold (goes evasion/energy shield at campaign start or even endgame) and there's a mob with the mana to lightning damage ring aura thingy and just blasts at the player at max speed all the time.

Solution :

Give monsters who sprint some sort of a heavy stun buildup penalty when they're damaged while sprinting just like the players would get. This would reduce the swarming problem.

At the very least, please make them switch to the combat stance if they take damage which is greater than or equal to 2-5% of their hax HP per hit.
