Game recently lagging [solved]

It has been 2 days now that I'm lagging. I installed the game 2-3 weeks ago and didn't have that issue before. It started just like that. I have other online games like LoL and they run just fine.

The game used to run smoothly with mid settings at 60fps, I even reduced the graphic settings and capped the fps at 30 but still lagging.

I tried changing the connection setting to predictive but the result is just not better, it looks smoother but some actions wont happen and my character periodically teleports (typical lag symptom). Oh and the nvidia overlay shows a latency between 70-100ms but only in PoE.

Edit: It's okay now. I still don't know why but everything works good again
