Change up the starting gem on the Riverbank

A lot of times, the initial skill given feels clunky (looking at you, rolling slam).

Change the guaranteed drop of a specific skill to a level 1 uncut skill gem, and let Renly's initial reward be a support gem. Then change the Devourer reward to another uncut skill gem.

Simple change, but it would make the first 3 levels of the campaign feel better.
