Make every channel RSS viable

For now, only "https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-forum/news" supports RSS-feed, but PoE2 News are posted somewhere else, where RSS isnt supported.

Either you post consistently in the news forum which already supports RSS-Feed or make every forum rss-viable.

Right now, many people are missing PoE2 related news, because they were getting posted somewhere else rather than in the news forum.

This makes discord bots or other news-bots miss news here and there.
