Tame Beast Ban List?

Every season they ban and/or unban certain creatures to be tameable using tame beast, This usually revolves around tames like the Rare monster "Frozen Mandibles", Nothing was mentioned this patch about any changes to this list.
Typically you see 1-2 changes every season as they balance stuff and move stuff around.
Was this an oversight and stuff was changed but not added to the patch notes?
Or was the Tame Beast ban list not changed in any way?
