Loot filter addition

Now that we have in-game build guide follower (which I'm convinced no one ever asked for), surely we can get an in-game loot filter?
I don't mind using the 3rd party ones for general use but would really love to tinker and make my own custom rules in-game using some refined UI.

Just import poe2filter into the game, it has most if not all the important functionalities and it doesn't have too many visual modifications like filterblade
