Why always build disabling nerfs

Dear GGG thank you for all the great experiences that you create for us.

But i have a big complain, why you have always this aggressive nerf policy?
Because a lot of times that is the reason i can't be so hyped anymore for a new league.

Last league i played the Oil Grenade Incinerate build and i felt in love with it, the gameplay flow was amazing!
I get it, it has to be nerfed! But not that it's not playable anymore!

You guys have amazing ideas, please make a build like this playable, it was so cool to spread the fire ground.
