GGG. You absolutely got meta skills wrong is this 0.5 patch. Here is why.

You're fix to meta skills is questionable at best. Increasing the energy gain is absolutely the reverse of what you should do. Someone who wants to do a build in campaign based around a meta build will have a much harder time experience their build. This seems something GGG enjoys. Get a build online at lvl 80 instead of having the ability to get it online early and have it ramp up as you level. Increasing energy in the end wont address the issue as people will find a way to make it not matter.

The solution to meta skill was something you have already learned and seemed to forgotten. You need a cooldown on socketed meta gems. Its that simple. Something like .25 seconds hard capped would be the answer. Even doubling the comets energy gain you will still see people raining millions down a second.
