Chronomancer suggestion

Hello everyone.
Seeing the modification done to the ascendancy i cant be anything but worried.

While change to inevitable agony and the new reduced damage taken node seems to be nice, there is actually no real changes to how it work and how it wiil perform in my opinion.

For exemple:


Time snap -> Reset your cooldowns
Realy usefull IMO with defensive skills like convalescence. For Offensive its a bit more complicated.
Ever you play comet and you dont need it, ever you play lightning conduit and it become somewhat usefull.

Time freeze -> Literaly reducing monsters action time to 0
Once again defensive and like time snap not always needed. althought cool to look at but in practice not that useful IMO again

Now and again -> give a chance to echo or repeat skills
Why not but to be honest im not investing 2 ascendancies points on RNG for 20% chance to repeat or echo a skill.

Phased form -> Replacement for recoup when it comes to defences?
Not as good as recoup IMO exept for damage other time. Moreover Recoup now need more investment in the passive tree wich is already a big problem for an ascendancy that have difficulties to scale damage.

This being said i'd would like to suggest a new way for chronomancer to scale damage wich will synergized perfectly with the ascendancy without being to op and that would be:

Increase or more damage against enemy that have their actions time or just movement speed reduced.
It can be added to the "Apex of the moment" node for exemple and you will deal increased damage depending on the magnitude of slow present on the target.
Exemple if the target is slowed by 50% then the player will deal 50% increased damage
I would also suggest with that to add More damage to enemy affected by "Time freeze effect" and reduced its duration if the freeze it become busted

Chronomancer would keep his core mecanic in crowd control but with a edge when it comes to offensive layer. It would also give more weight to invest in slow magnitude.
Against bosses, slow and curse you inflict are reduced by 50% meaning that it will not give you to much invreased or more damage without specific investment.

this way you can play either with the increased damage on slowed enemies, more damage on time freezed enemies or even both of them.

This buff in my opninion would be balanced because you will not get more than maybe 80% increased damage depending on your investment. And the time freeze would grants maybe around 15 to 30 more damage.

Whats do you all thing about this? I would like some opinions on the matter and what you would add or delete in my suggestion?
