I'm having trouble finding my tabs. Help!

Afternoon. I'm having some trouble finding my currency tab as well as accessing my Merchants tab, I just purchased a few minutes ago. I've restarted the game, rebooted my system and still nothing. I need assistance as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hey there,
You can access your Merchant's Tabs by talking to Faustus in Act 6 and clicking the 'Manage Shop' button in your hideout for Path of Exile 1, or by talking to Ange in Act 4 and clicking the 'Manage Shop' button in your hideout for Path of Exile 2. Thank you. I realized I screwed up and need a refund. I didn't know that I had to specifically purchase what I needed from the shop directly from the console. I was under the assumption that I could purchase from it from laptop and it would be transferred. How do I get this corrected?
