Well I have one this league

Ultra giga basic insanely boring mono-Ligtning Spark Stormweaver. Cheap (mostly). Not league start friendly at all.

Key things: Refracted Infusion and Storm's Recollection just in the ascendancy to have the comfort with Infusion generation. Constant Gale for permanent Arcane Surge. You can go further to maximize Arcane Surge potential or just somewhere else.

Elemental Equilibrium keystone for specific setup. Now I can generate Cold Infusions with Orb of Storms, which is more comfortable than using Frost Bomb. Too much delay. You still need it for exposure on bosses and that's it.

Maligaro Virtuosity to save on crit stacking. A bit of spirit on chest. Cast on Critical with Arc and Living Bomb. When Living Blows go boom it creates and Infusion that powers up the Arc. This way Arc is becoming mostly a main single target damage dealer. Rest are Mana Remnants and Siphon Element for mana sustain and more comfortable infusion gathering.

Darkness Enthroned unique belt with specific runes is purely for better Energy Shield recovery.

Passive tree is simple. Energy Shield stacking, Critical Chance stacking, Lightning Damage, Spell Damage. Some mana efficiency. From Nothing Diamond provides an ability to pick up some juicy notables around Eldritch Battery keystone

Right now I don't. What can be changed with CoC, possible +gem levels nerf, I expect this build be kinda weaker.
You can technically level up with twink like that and manually casting Arc and Living Bomb, but it's clunky. So I am not recommend to do. Do something else until you reach endgame then respec.
The most expensive part of the build was the Wand, but it still cheaper than equivalent Dueling Wand.

Gameplay is simple. Place Orb of Storms and spam Spark. Rince and repeat. 90% of the time you going to spam Cold Infused Spark easily. On bosses, again. Cast Ele weaknes, Aura and Frost Bomb, Orb of Storms and keep spamming Spark. But be careful. This Cast on Crit setup is very mana hungry! Keep an on mana remnant and pick them up often!

And that's kinda it I guess. Proven by the time, reliable build. I am slapping +7 level T16 bosses and had almost no problem clearing Tier 3 Simulacrum, 50 room temple and Arbiter of Ash. :SHRUGS:
