Second playthrough -- Skip all dialog, cut visual thematics short. Make an option.

Lets pretend there was an unskippable 3 minute dialog, second playthrough it's automatically skipped. That moment where characters slow walk and wave their arms around while explaining story things? Cut out automatically.

Otherwise some of the zones still just need to be smaller.

Otherwise add +10% movement speed to all characters.

Ok you saved a few minutes. What about the hour plus of wasted time talking to 1000 NPC's, doing fetch quests, clicking water levers, moving the caravan to get off to talk to get back on to move it again to blow a horn to get back off again to talk to get back on again.....

All of that needs to be able to be "skipped" after first league completion.
That's pretty much what i'm saying, yes.
