chayula monk

Im going to resurrect this topic. Many others have much more refined feedback than I but the chayula monk is still missing something having to do with volatility.
its essentially something that does not help you during a fight you just get cool numbers after the fight is over. Something needs to be changed. Also the random ailment through chaos needs to be reworked so you can simply choose an ailment your chaos damage contributes to. Last bumped on May 21, 2026, 4:02:29 PM

Think we have to wait for 1.0 for chayula changes, sadly
Ascend with precision!

Well... You could always play a certain Bow and quiver setup on Chayula that is quite eventful. Maximizing ailment effects.

bow is good nearly on any class. I swear a dev on GGG is the resurrected soul of robin hood himself... alas I dont like playing bow builds I feel like its too easy lol

" Probably not only one dev but a few, and their love for lightning arrow is also immeasurable lol Just the lightning beam from this arrow can chain from enemies and terrain You can make LA pierce or fork without losing the chain property, and make the projectile itself chain from terrain too, which will activate the beam once again if you hit an enemy or the terrain No other similar skill is capable of doing this, you'd need to waste 2 or 3 support gems and a handful of skill points just to be able to have a similar effect on a different skill Last edited by Vyend#2601 on May 21, 2026, 1:38:57 AM

they said that there wiII be hidden ascendancy for it

tbh the chayula monk concept is my favorite, aside from the werewolf
