Monk early game feedback

I believe that before Ice Strikes and Tempest Flurry, monk early skills don't accurately represent the class as they should.

For example, as a warrior, I understand exactly what the class is about using Rolling Slam level 1.

As a druid, I also understand the class concept very well from the beginning.


My suggestion:

Swap Vault Impact's position with Frozen Locus, make this skill combo-based, each combo point makes Vault Impact cast faster and in a larger area.

It will be easy to understand what Monk is about when the player gets used to using basic attacks with the Vault Impact combo. (The skill's slowness should only exist without combos)

Falling Thunder should be optional.

lv 1 to 15 monk feels clunky and out of place, then right after tempest flurry and ice strikes the class turns 180º "wow thats cool... thats what im talking about".
It would be better if players feels that way BEFORE lv 15/Gem 5...
