Leverage Orbs to craft on the passive tree.

IMO currency orbs are the most unique feature of PoE / PoE2. There is nothing as memorable as them in any other game out there. We can even go and buy merch depicting them.

I think GGG should go heavy on this. Two things come up when I think about it tho:

- currency orbs should be everywhere. No system should be without them. I would therefore love to see GGG allowing us to use them on the passive tree.

- having different tiers of the same orb is diluting its identity. I would love to see the different tiers removed.
