Advancing Storm

Please rework this support gem so that it allows storm skills to follow the player—not move in the direction you’re clicking, but stay with the character. The idea is that you cast the storm on your hero, and as you move, all storm skills move along with you.

The current version of this support gem is simply unplayable.
On maps, you constantly zigzag, and the storm skills keep crashing into walls.
During boss fights, the storm skills just drift away from the boss and stop dealing damage.

So what’s the point of this version of the support gem?
