Could Reap work like Rake?

They're almost the same skill, but Rake gets the benefits of attack behaviour and Reap doesn't.
The result is that with Rake you can pull off amazing moves like going around an obstacle and traveling great distance giving you great movility.
Reap can close gaps but gets stuck in the tiniest pebble so it makes the skill very clunky.
