+1 ascendancy type, templar, for auras, swords, a real focus on quality, content not rushed mambo jambo, there is no point in producing sub-par content, it is better to delay the league ( in fact it will only get you to the point of players saying, " too much content no thank you " faster ) i would suggest dropping a few private league mods after.... 3 months of boat league, to keep players interested as they wait, now here is the main focus, currently there is no scaling, or not nearly enough scaling in the game, i'm getting 177% spell damage staves in a 2, which is absurb, so the item scaling should be toned done and a tighter bracket of values during the campaign, but in maps you can start finding the really good items, currently there is no content strong enough / hard enough compared to player power, personally i would take each skill gem that had a use pool under 20% of players and disable it, so that players are not led down 40 hours roads of wasted time " the skill cannot compete with the standard goal for skill power level " this does not include utility skills, after this the focus needs to be continuing to work on the end game, currently i get to maps and that's it, so More quests, but these quests should unlock with levels, ie at 95 shaper and elder add a new element, or something adds a new element to maps, then increase the max level to 110, with 100 happening, and 110 taking a lot longer, Then you have got to add longer duration goals, for players who have downed these puny bosses your throwing at us, arbiter down in 24 hrs, is 100% unacceptable as an endgame goal, The player power has to continoue to increase ALL the way upto 1-2 months of play time, 1500-1700 hours of gameplay, without this there is no point for players to continue on, and once they have defeated this new boss, which you made too easy 100%, which will be dead 100% after 72 hrs launch players have nothing to do, this is a huge error that has been sitting in poe and poe 2 for years and years, players want to continue to gear up, and level up, passives, epic pass trees past level 100, annnd content that takes weeks to be able to attempt ect, also 100% we need new content not old poe 1 content re-patched for 1.0 this is one of the keys towards player retention that will also allow the studio larger time windows than 4 months per patch, and possibly even longer time period between economy resets, if ( which it most definitely should ) takes longer than a few weeks to max out, This is a huge problem with the game atm, so then scaling, scaling, scaling, up, up, up, it's called GGG after all, bosses that are seriously challenging and not to be attempted w/o a massive amount of gearing / leveling ect, we're talking 10 minute boss fights with, 4 forms, and if you beat him, you get a title / cool 2250 shoulders bois, focus needs to be top end high level content for like a full year, the top end tier content should be truly insane. leader board HC boss that if you down, your name goes on a list, ect.
