About the Warrior BUG

Fist of War III.Ancestral Boost has double effect on Supported Skills,It has not taken effect.

Some skill descriptions.While Dual Wielding, both weapons hit with 30% less damage,But I can clearly sense that the attack speed has decreased. Why is this the case?
