Microtransactions trap

I have the same Poe account on my ps5 and steamdec brought a supporters pack while trying it out on my steamdec but the screens to small to play it and I can’t use the hideout on ps5 because it device bound not account bound so I contact support see if it can be transferred to my ps5 where every other supporters pack I own and support basically told me tough luck idiot! So because I’m clearly an idiot I thought I will just have to buy it again… thing is now I’ve done it I can’t bring myself to turn the game on anymore as it’s robbed the joy from me so well done ggg hope that 60 was worth it il never spend another penny playing a game from a company of scammers! Seriously why the fuck are transaction device bound and not account bound!

lol! it might not be a ggg problem but absolutely 0 help or support from costumer service left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ve brought almost every supporter pack as I’m into the hideout showcasing .surely it could be transferred it they wanted to it’s not like I wanted the money back just on a device I can actually use it. But hey how you live and you learn! Once bitten twice shy all that shiz thanks fro the reply just someone hearing me made me feel a little better about it! Have a great day buddy!
