Payment blocked

Hello Support,

My payment attempt failed because my debit card balance was missing a few cents. Unfortunately, I did not realize this at the time and I tried the payment several times, which may have caused my card to be temporarily blocked by the payment system.

I was not charged and there was no fraudulent activity involved. I have now added sufficient funds to the card.

Could you please help remove the payment block? I would also like to know how long the block usually lasts.
