Unlinking an account

So apparently my account was linked to my old playstation account that ive long lost access to due to an email error. I linked my xbox account to this account as well. I was wanting to continue playing on my ps5 and when I went to link my account I then realized I couldn't link to my PoE account. Its been so long I had forgotten all about having linked my old PSN account here so now im in a pickle. Is there a way to unlink my old PSN account from my PoE account so I can keep playing or am I going to have to start all over?
